Anchor and chain operation instructions. Preparations before installing anchors and chains
1. Welding and installation of anchor cable machine base and anti-port reinforcement, anchor chain pipe, anchor lip, chain abandoner, etc. have been submitted for inspection. 2. After the anchor cable machine is installed and positioned on the ship, the gap adjustment of the copy forest and the middle school handover inspection are completed.
3. The anchor block is epoxy cast, the lateral support is installed, and the bolt torque is completed.
4. After installation and positioning of the anchor cable machine pump station, the relevant piping structure, tightness, and oil delivery inspection are completed, and the oil tank is cleaned and refueled.
5. The windlass operating platform, gunwale anchor platform and accessories are installed, welded and polished.
6. The wiring of the motor and electrical equipment of the anchor pump station is complete.
7. The tightness of the chain cabin structure and the paint film have been submitted for inspection.
8. The chain lock leak hole plate is installed and fixed.
9. The chain stopper is preliminarily positioned on the ship and fixed firmly by spot welding, and ensures the strength of the anchor and the anchor chain entering the cabin.
